Workflows

How booking, payment, notifications, and jobs connect end-to-end.

  1. A booking is created from the public booking site, internal operations UI, or customer self-serve flow.
  2. Payment and invoice handling follow the selected company payment rules.
  3. Depending on automation settings, Proper can keep the booking manual or create the downstream job automatically.
  4. Jobs then continue through assignment, routing, completion, and finance tracking.
  5. Recurring subscriptions can create future bookings/jobs through subscription automation.
