Bookings

Bookings can be created from the public booking site, customer self-serve flows, or internal operations tools. Each booking stores the customer, service, location, schedule, and pricing snapshot used for downstream work.

• Payment paths support full payment, deposit, or invoice depending on company rules.
• Some flows can auto-confirm bookings and create jobs immediately, while others remain manual until reviewed.
• Bookings feed downstream job, invoice, payment, and notification workflows.
• Inactive customers are blocked from starting new bookings.
• Booking records are tenant-scoped by company.
