Customers

Customer records store contact details, internal notes, addresses, linked bookings, linked finance activity, and Stripe customer references.

• Customer profiles are scoped to company tenant boundaries.
• Bookings, invoices, and payments can be filtered by customer.
• Only owner/company admin can change a customer between active and inactive.
• Inactive customers keep their history, but cannot start new bookings, new subscriptions, or new customer account activation until reactivated.
