Test Mode status
Test Mode is enabled only on your user account. When enabled, you can run controlled simulations for booking, payments, jobs, and job offer routing to live existing workforce members.
- Test mode data never leaks into your live business operations
- Test mode simulations can be run for any existing workforce members.
- If you don't have any workforce members yet, simulations will automatically create mock workforce members.
- Workforce members never receive any test mode notifications or job offers
Only Owner and Company Admin roles can change Test Mode.

Charges, deposits, and refunds are simulated and fully isolated while in Test Mode.
Booking simulations are isolated from live scheduling and customer production records.
Jobs created in test scenarios are marked and separated from live dispatch operations.
Offer routing uses simulation paths and suppresses real outbound side effects.
